La Forge, as its name suggests, is a tastefully converted 18th century forge. It sleeps 4 people. and boasts a sumptuous open plan ground-floor living area with a well-appointed seating area, dining area and kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one which overlooks the pool while the other overlooks the securely fenced garden. Each has its own washbasin. Also upstairs is a generous wet-room and a large separate W.C. with baggage storage.
This gîte has its own exclusive access via a driveway which passes through the mature south-facing garden to La Forge and to its conveniently situated private garage next to the gîte. Entrance to La Forge is by way of french doors which give on to a south-facing terrace exclusive to this gîte which comes with its own table, seating, barbeque and parasol. There are also sun-loungers provided for use on the terrace or in the shaded mature garden at the end of which, near a large willow, there are swings for children of all ages.
The open-plan living area overlooks the swimming pool on one side where there is a magnificent picture window & over the mature gardens on the south side where the french doors are located. This comprises of a comfortable seating area for four with sofa and chairs.
There is a laundry room available with washing machine, iron, & ironing board.
There is WIFI throughout.
