The area surrounding La Forge and La Grange provides some of the best cycling found anywhere in the world.  The gently rolling countryside makes this the perfect venue for cyclists of all ages and abilities. Many of the historic places of interest that surround Les Volets Rouges can be reached by bike. There are chateaux, ancient towns, typical French markets like the Tuesday market in Bourgeuil and all are within easy range of the gites.
