There is a gravelled parking bay next to the gîte from which there is easy access. The western side of the building features its own private terraced area and garden. Beyond this is the children's play park which has a large sun-shelter and tables and benches from which the beautiful evening sunsets can be viewed.

Downstairs, there is a kitchen/diner and a large sitting room with UK freesat television. There is wifi throughout the gîte and there are USB charging points within the property. From the sitting area you pass though a small hallway into the master bedroom. This boasts a kingsized bed and its own walk in ensuite shower-room/WC. The whole of the ground floor of La Grange has been specially designed to be wheelchair-friendly and has widened doors and is all on the same level. The kitchen is fitted out with oak units and has oven, microwave, a five burner hob and fridge. It also has a complete range of kitchen utensils. We hope to encourage you to experiment a little with the wonderful produce found in the excellent local markets that take place weekly in Borgueil, Saumur and Montsoreau.

Upstairs there are two twin rooms one with a shower/bath/WC and the other with a shower/WC. One overlooks the pool while the other has views over the surrounding landscape.
